Hi, guys! For this Sunday’s update, we have the 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee review. Our tester is Summit trim, Long Wheelbase model that came with 3.6L Penstar V6 mated to 8-speed automatic, and power is sent through all four wheels. Our tester is the long-wheelbase model, so it is much larger both from outside and side. I drive the 2019 Hyundai Palisade as my daily driver, so throughout for a review, I will briefly compare the 2021 Jeep Grand Chrokee L against my Hyundai Palisade. So, let’s go for a drive with the 2021 Jeep Grand Cheorkee L.

It looks better than the Palisade, in my opinion. Classic but modern design at the same time. Also … a lot of useful interior features, nice color combination (caramel brown and black).

Several US automakers have the seek & volume buttons on the back of the steering wheel to help the driver maintain hands position on the steering wheel. My wife had a Grand Cherokee then traded for a Palisade. She saw your GV80 review and now wants to switch; she may change her mind after this video.

If the palisade has the massage seats then it will be perfect. Probably hyundai is saving that feature for the future gv90 if there is one

the Pentastar V6 is a VERY reliable engine, and power is decent. Yes, not the most fuel efficient, but ok.

I also love that the heated/cooled function get their own hard buttons!

Chrysler and GM Cars have had the VOLUME/SEEK Paddles behind the steering wheel for decades. US is use to it. I like it in my new Impala and last 4 cars.

Damn that’s a huge car, would love to see it in real!! Also the volume buttons behind steering wheel ig it depends if a person who had a car whose buttons were in front of steering wheel they would think it is weird maybe….

Nice video Charlie! Just a couple of corrections though. We do not get the 5.7 Hemi in Korea, sadly. And the starting price is 68K US dollars. It’s a lot of SUV, but it is a lot more expensive than the Palisade. By the way, I hope you can review the refreshed Mohave soon!

It is a beautiful car but some people that owned Jeep told me that they tend to ask for the service to often.Maybe the new models are more reliable.I hope for a Toyota Land cruiser review.Someone wanted to buy one but he said that he needed to wait for a year or two in order to ship the car.

As a previous owner of a Jeep Grand Cherokee I can tell you they break all the time. Hyundai has the best warranty hands down. Stay far away from a jeep unless you like your vehicle in the repair shop

The volume buttons on the back of the steering wheel are actually pretty convenient (I have them in my Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid). Takes a couple days to really get used to them.
